To monitor its business activities, Babilou Family Nederland is using a variety of dashboards, tailored for the needs of its different business departments. This reporting is essential for the proper management of the childcare activity on a large scale.

As part of the Digital department, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to support our strong growth. You will be the second designated contact for all BI projects.

Your mission will be to:

• Deploy and optimize a comprehensive set of dashboards to monitor our childcare business model
• Find new levers of performance for Babilou Family Nederland based on data analysis
• Build the strategic roadmap of projects with the Digital Project Manager
• Implement a data governance strategy

To fulfil this mission, your main tasks will be to:

• Identify and scope new BI projects with the different business departments
• Design the dashboards with and for the business partners
• Build the data flows and dashboards in partnership with the Digital team, experts and agencies
• Review the projects deliverables with the business partners to ensure quality
• Optimize continuously the existing dashboards
• Produce analysis on specific business problems to find insights
• Ensure data consistency from sources to dashboards with the other Digital team members
• Administrate, document, maintain and improve our technological business intelligence stack
• Collaborate with the Digital Projects Manager to the BI strategy (roadmap and priorities)

Background

• You have a 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence reporting;
• You have successfully worked on several BI projects;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You master one or many BI tool (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, …);
• You have conducted in depth business analysis;
• You easily understand the context and the stakes of business activities;
• You are a team player;
• You are an expert in manipulating data (SQL, Excel, …);
• Appreciated: You have experience with Qlik.
